SINCE I WAS ALREADY INTO FITNESS, I WAS SKEPTICAL. IN 3 WEEKS, I'M DOWN 42.3 INCHES & 14 LBS!
I had just completed breast cancer treatment, my mind and body were not healthy. I was an athlete, gym rat, trainer, spin instructor. Yes, I was skeptical but sometimes the teacher needs a teacher. I have been a weight watcher off and on since age 20. Weight watchers, nutrasystem, Golo, Keto, and every fad diet out there. I was tired of taking off and putting weight back on no matter what I did. Now at age 73 my health is a big concern. I heard the words morbidly obese and made the decision very quickly. 4 weeks into my program and I have lost 12 lbs and 50.2 total inches. AT 72, I WAS ADDICTED TO SUGAR UNTIL NOW! I'M SO THANKFUL & HAVE MY HEALTH BACK!!
Almost 72 and I couldn’t seem to take off the weight that had accumulated over the years. I craved sugar and basically was addicted to sugar. After 8 weeks with Dr. Rodriquez, I have lost 15 pounds and almost 50 inches. My clothes are getting loose and I have more energy. I never thought I would ever be able to say no to a sugary treat, but I can now walk by the treats and say no and walk away. Amazing! This is the one program that actually really works. I am thrilled by my early results three weeks in - I’ve lost a total of 41 inches overall and I’m down 8 lbs in just a short time. The tightest clothes I’ve ever worn and owned are actually loose (after only 3 weeks in!).
